Account Deletion

Send an email to info@gspacetechnologies.in with the subject "Account deletion request", from the email address linked to your Neela Stream account, and include:

• The email address associated with your Neela Stream account
• The sign-in method you use (Google, Apple, or email and password)
• Confirmation that you want the account deleted

Sending the request from the account email helps us verify ownership. If you cannot use that address, we may ask additional questions before acting on the request.

On completion of a verified request, we delete your Neela Stream profile record and the account-linked data we hold for it, such as your name, avatar reference, phone number if provided, membership status, and any library, saved items and playback progress associated with the account. Your sign-in identity with us is removed, so you will no longer be able to sign in with it.

Some information may be retained where it is legally required or necessary for legitimate financial, tax, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes — for example, records of a Premium payment. We do not claim that every trace of data can always be erased immediately: backups and service logs are removed as part of their normal retention cycle.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 3 working days and to complete verified deletions within 30 days.

Deleting your account ends access to any active Neela Stream Premium membership on it. Deletion by itself is not a refund request; refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you only want to stop receiving updates or step away for a while, you can simply sign out instead. Signing out ends your session but keeps your account and library intact.
