By creating an account or using Neela Stream, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Neela Stream is a streaming service currently focused on audio content, including audio stories, audiobooks, audio series, music and audio programs, original productions and licensed content. In its current phase, content is offered in Kannada, Hindi and English.

Additional languages and formats, including video, may be introduced in future. Features that are not yet available are not part of the service today.

You must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law to use Neela Stream. If you are a minor, you may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

Some features require an account. You may sign in using Google, Apple, or an email address and password. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date. One person should not maintain multiple accounts to obtain benefits unfairly.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. Please tell us at info@gspacetechnologies.in if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You agree to use Neela Stream for personal, non-commercial listening only, and not to:

• Copy, download outside the app, record, re-upload or redistribute content
• Share, sell or sub-licence your account or Premium access
• Publicly perform or broadcast content without permission
• Circumvent access controls, paywalls, or technical protections
• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror or bulk-download content
• Interfere with the security, availability or integrity of the platform
• Upload or transmit unlawful, abusive or infringing material

Content on Neela Stream may be produced by us or licensed from creators, publishers and other rights holders. Where content is licensed, the rights remain with the respective owner and we do not claim ownership of it. Our Copyright & Content Policy explains this in more detail and sets out how to report suspected infringement.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream content made available to your account for private listening. No other rights are granted.

Neela Stream Premium is currently offered as a yearly membership at ₹499 per year. No monthly plan is offered at present. Premium gives access to premium or exclusive audio content and any other benefits explicitly displayed to you in the app.

When Premium payments are enabled, payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Razorpay, subject to its terms. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes as displayed at the time of purchase.

A Premium membership is valid for the period shown at purchase and ends on its expiry date unless renewed. Automatic renewal is not implemented at present, so a membership does not renew by itself. You may choose not to renew at any time. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We aim to keep Neela Stream available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis. Content catalogues, features, categories and pricing may change, and individual titles may be added or removed as licences begin or end.

Neela Stream relies on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage and payment processing. Your use of those services through Neela Stream may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

The Neela Stream name, logo, design, software and original productions are the property of G Space Technologies or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or poses a security or piracy risk. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through our Account Deletion page.

We may revise these terms as the service develops. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, G Space Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your rights under applicable Indian consumer protection law remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
