Copyright & Content Policy

Content available on Neela Stream may include:

• Original productions created for or by Neela Stream
• Licensed content provided by creators and publishers
• Third-party licensed works used under permission
• Audio productions including stories, audiobooks, series and audio programs

Where content is licensed, copyright and related rights remain with the respective owner. G Space Technologies does not claim ownership of content licensed from third parties.

Content is made available for personal, private listening through the Neela Stream app or website by the account it is delivered to. No other rights are granted.

The following may violate applicable rights and/or our Terms & Conditions:

• Copying or storing content outside the app
• Redistribution or sharing of content files or links to them
• Re-uploading content to other platforms or social media
• Commercial exploitation of content in any form
• Recording, screen or audio capture, and republication
• Public performance or broadcast without permission
• Circumventing paywalls, access controls or technical protections

Accounts involved in such activity may be suspended or terminated, and rights holders may pursue their own remedies under applicable law.

If you are a rights holder or an authorised representative and believe content on Neela Stream infringes your rights, email info@gspacetechnologies.in with the subject "Copyright complaint" and include:

• Your name, organisation (if any) and contact details
• Identification of the work you claim is infringed
• The exact title, episode and link or screen where it appears on Neela Stream
• Evidence of your ownership or authority to act for the owner
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised
• A statement that the information you provide is accurate
• Your signature or the name of the authorised person submitting the notice

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and to review them promptly. Where a complaint appears valid, we may remove or restrict access to the material while we investigate, and we may contact the content provider for a response. Repeat infringement by a content provider may result in removal of their content and termination of the relationship.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to info@gspacetechnologies.in with an explanation and evidence of your rights or licence, and we will reconsider.
