Premium Membership Policy

Neela Stream Premium — ₹499 per year. This is the only paid plan currently offered. There is no monthly plan at present.

Free users can browse the catalogue and listen to content marked as free. Premium users additionally get access to titles and episodes marked as premium or exclusive, plus any other benefits explicitly displayed in the app. Where a benefit is not shown in the app, it is not part of the membership.

Premium requires a Neela Stream account. Membership is linked to that single account and is for personal, non-commercial use. It may not be shared, resold or transferred, and account sharing to extend Premium access to others is not permitted.

Payment is made in Indian Rupees for the full membership period at the time of purchase. When Premium payments are enabled, transactions may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Razorpay, subject to its terms. Premium is activated on your account once payment is confirmed.

A membership is valid for the period shown at the time of purchase and ends on its expiry date. Automatic renewal is not implemented at present, so your membership will not renew or charge you again by itself; you may purchase again to continue Premium access.

When Premium expires, the account returns to free access. Your account, library and saved items remain, but premium-only titles become unavailable until Premium is active again.

Premium content is provided for streaming to your account only. Recording, copying, re-uploading, redistributing, publicly performing or commercially exploiting content, or circumventing access controls, is not permitted and may lead to suspension under our Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation and refund handling for Premium is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including failed payments, duplicate payments and payments where Premium was not activated.

Pricing, benefits and the content catalogue may change as the service develops, and individual titles may be added or removed as licences begin or end. Changes to price do not affect a membership period you have already paid for.
